Essential Oils are concentrated aromatic plant extracts collected through a process of steam distillation. They are:

• Highly concentrated natural plant extracts, and one or two drops can produce significant benefits.
• A source of negative ions and ozone that inhibit the growth of many disease-causing microorganisms.

Product description

Essential Oils may be applied directly on location or dispersed in the air using an aromatic diffuser.

Essential Oils may be added to bath salts for use in baths and showers.

They may also be applied to the Vita Flex points of the feet, rubbed on the Chakra points, worn as perfume, or used in body massage.

Vita Flex points:

Vita Flex technique means "vitality through the reflexes". It is a specialized form of hand and foot massage that is especially effective in delivering the benefits of essential oils throughout the body. It is said to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago, and was perfected in modern times by Stanley Burroughs long before acupuncture was developed.

It is based on a complete network of reflex points that stimulate all the internal body systems. Essential Oils are applied to contact points, and energy is released through electrical impulses created by contact between the fingertips and the reflex points.

This electrical charge follows the nerve pathways to a break in the electrical circuit caused by toxins, damaged tissues, or loss of oxygen. There are more than 1,400 Vita Flex points throughout the human body, encompassing the entire realm of body and mind, that are capable of releasing many kinds of tension, congestion, and imbalances.

In contrast to the steady stimulation of reflexology, Vita Flex uses a rolling and releasing motion that involves placing all four fingers flat on the skin, rolling onto the fingertips, and continuing over onto the fingernail.

Use medium pressure. Move ahead about half the width of the finger and repeat until the Vita Flex point, or area, is covered. Repeat this movement over the area three times.

Combine this technique with 1 to 2 drops of Essential Oil applied to those areas of the feet that correspond to the system of the body you wish to support. (Vita Flex charts are available showing the nervous system connection for the electrical points throughout the body).

Rapid and extraordinary results are experienced when combining Essential Oils with Vita Flex stimulation, as it increases the effect of both.

Chakra points:

According to Tantric texts, the human body has a number of points from which our psychic forces flow. These are called "Chakra points." Different schools of thought postulate different actual points and different numbers, although seven is the most common. The term chakra comes from the Sanskrit cakram, which means "wheel" or "circle."

Single Oils:

Lavender:

Diffuse or apply topically, because Lavender oil has a wide range of uses, if you are unsure which oil to apply, use Lavender oil.

Safe for use on small children.

May also be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement.

Lemon:

Diffuse or add a few drops to a spray bottle of distilled water to deodorize and sterilize the air.

Add two drops to goat's milk or rice milk for purification or combine with Peppermint oil to provide a refreshing lift.

Use for removing gum, oil or grease spots. Test on hidden patch before using on material.

Add to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement or for flavoring.

Peppermint:

Diffuse. Massage on the stomach if desired.

If skin is sensitive in stomach area, dilute with V-6™ Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex or fractionated coconut oil before applying.

Add to water or tea for supporting normal digestion.

Apply to bottoms of feet to cool off on a hot day. Rub on the temples for a calming effect, or place several drops on the tongue as an invigorating pick-me-up.

Peppermint can work as a wonderful flavoring and preservative.

Essential Oil blends:

Joy™:

Diffuse.

Use as a cologne or perfume. Apply over heart.

Add over to Bath Gel Base or Epsom salts and add to bath water.

Enjoy as a body massage blended with V-6™ Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex or Massage Oil Base.

Note: Joy™ has citrus oils in it. Citrus oils are photosensitizing, so avoid applying to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or UV light.

PanAway™:

Apply to the bottoms of feet and follow with topical application on location.

Rub on temples, back of neck or forehead, or inhale for a soothing effect.

Use with a warm compress along the spine.

Peace & Calming™:

Diffuse in bedrooms, living areas and office.

Apply to bottom of feet or writs and outside of ears.

Blend with the V-6™ Advanced Vegetable Oil Complex for a calming massage.

Purification™:

Diffuse, apply topically on location as needed, or put on cotton balls to place in air vents of home, car, hotel room and office. Diffuse and rub on feet for cleaning.

Single Oils:

Lavender:

Lavender is the most versatile of all Essential Oils. Therapeutic-grade lavender has been highly regarded for the skin. The French scientist René Gattefossé, was the first to discover these properties when he severely burned his hands in a laboratory explosion. Lavender has also been clinically evaluated for its relaxing effects. It may be uese to cleanse cuts, bruises, and skin irritations. The fragrance is calming, relaxing and balancing - physically and emotionally.

Lemon:

Lemon contains 68% D-Limonene. It may serve as an insect repellent and may beneficial for the skin.

Peppermint:

Peppermint is one of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Peppermint may also improve gastric motility and digestive efficiency. Jean Valnet, M. D., studied peppermint's effect on the liver and respiratory systems. Other scientists have also researched peppermint's role in improving taste and smell when inhaled. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint's ability to improve concentration and mental activity. Alan Hirsch, M. D., studied peppermint's ability to directly affect the brain's satiety center, which triggers a sensation of fullness after meals.
