If you use our PayPal payment system installed on our Ordering Web page, you will use the:

Shipping cost: Flat amount method

A flat amount is calculated on the basis of the total purchase.

$200.00 - over $13.00

Example: if your total purchase is $36.85, you will be charged $5.00 for shipping.

  • If you wish to mail your order to a different address other than the one listed in your credit card company record

You have to:

  • select your carrier and a method of delivery
  • and either contact us for making a payment by money order
  • or contact us for using another online Payment Service other than PayPal
  • or contact us for making an international payment through PayPal
  • or contact us for making an international payment by money order

We will then either make arrangements for an international payment through PayPal (for eligible countries) or discuss your best payment strategy.

We can also create a specific online account for your order.

  3. Send us a brief note specifying the reason for the return.
  4. Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, a replacement or an exchange.

Souzao Enterprises stands behind the quality of its product line. If for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product, a return for an exchange or a full refund will be credited back to you within 60 days of receipt of the shipment. Souzao Enterprises offers a 100% money back guarantee on all of its products. Why 60 days? Because, we understand that there is a delivery time that must be included when you return a product.

Items returned more than 60 days after delivery, or which are returned in poor condition due to mishandling, will be charged at Souzao Enterprises discretion.

  • Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment.
  • If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • PayPal fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
