Step 1: How to find and select your product

Option 1:

Choose from any of the product listings on the Products Web page

  • Products sorted by name
  • Products sorted by category
  • Products sorted by brand
  • Products sorted by price range
  • Special deals

A list of products that match your search criteria will appear on a Web page.

Option 2:

  1. You may also enter a search word(s) in the Search box and click "Search."



  2. A list of products that match your search criteria will appear in another Window generated by our affiliate Atom Z®:



  3. Click on any of the listed hyperlink(s) to view your information.

Step 2: How to order your product

  1. Go to our Ordering Web page.
  2. Products are listed in alphabetical order.
  3. Select your product(s).
  4. Click on the "Purchase" button to access our secure PayPal account.

  5. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to come back to our Ordering Web page.
  6. Repeat the same process step 3 to 5 if you wish to purchase more products.
  7. Click the "Checkout" button at the end of your selection.
  8. After checking out, you will be sent to our secure account on the PayPal server.

If you make the wrong selection:

  1. Indicate the quantity of items to be purchased in the "Qty" column.
  2. For deselecting a product, check the box next to your selected product in the "Remove" column.
  3. Click the "Checkout" button.
  4. The button brings you, the buyer, to a secure payment page, where you will have to enter your name, credit card and billing information.

Step 3: Using PayPal

Souzao Enterprises uses PayPal for its online payment.

PayPal doesn't charge any money for opening a personal account.

PayPal doesn't charge any money for sending money through a personal account.

If you already have a PayPal account, login with:

  1. your e-mail address
  2. your PayPal password

If you have never paid through PayPal:

Create a free personal account through the "Payment Details" Web page.

  • Click the "Click here" button
  • Enter your credit information
  • submit your first name
  • submit your last name
  • submit your credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)
  • submit your credit expiration date
  • submit your 3 digit credit card verification number

For your safety and security, PayPal requires that you enter your card's verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

  • submit your street

    If you are a US resident, do not click on the "Outside the U.S.?" hyperlink as this will lead you to the PayPal International Personal account Web page.

  • submit your telephone number (PayPal uses your phone number for verification purposes only. Your phone number will always be kept private and will not be shared with us, your merchant for any reason.)
  • submit your e-mail address
  • create a PayPal password and save it on a sheet of paper
  • confirm your PayPal password
  • type the characters provided in a yellow box, this is a security test PayPal uses to prevent automated registrations. Here is an example of a correctly completed test (note: characters are not case sensitive):


Order confirmation

  • Designate your shipping address and confirm payment for the total amount.
  • Click on "No shipping address required" only if you want to pick up your order.
  • PayPal cannot split an order to ship to multiple addresses.
  • Click on the "Add a New Address" to ship to a new address if necessary.
  • You will then see a successful transaction Web page


  • Click on "Click here to continue" to return to the designated Web page on your Web site.
  • The payment amount will be added instantly to your account, both Souzao Enterprises and yourself will receive e-mail receipts detailing the transaction.

Sales tax

Sales tax is: 7.750%

Sales tax apply to the products made by the following manufacturers:

For all other manufacturers, sales tax apply for California residents only.

Do not use the PayPal online payment system because our shipping settings in our PayPal account are limited to:

  • one method of delivery: Priority mail

Shipping timeframes

Shipping timeframes depend on your carrier and method of delivery, in general:

  • Orders sent via Standard or Ground shipping average 5 to 10 business days.
  • Orders sent via Priority mail average 3 to 5 business days.
  • Orders sent via 2-day shipping or 3-day shipping average 2 or 3 business days respectively.
  • Orders sent via Overnight or Express shipping average 1 to 2 business day.
  • Alaska and Hawaii buyers must allow an additional 2 to 3 business days on their orders.
  • During holidays, any orders normally processed will not go out until the next business day.

How to return a product

Notify Souzao Enterprises immediately and follow these steps for a return:

  6. Place the item(s) in the condition in which it was received in its original packaging.
  7. Place the packaged item(s) in the shipping box.
  8. Send us a brief note specifying the reason for the return.
  9. Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, a replacement or an exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you insure your package for shipping. Additionally, please record any carrier tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our correct return address.

Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt.

How to get a refund

Souzao Enterprises stands behind the quality of its product line. If for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product, a return for an exchange or a full refund will be credited back to you within 60 days of receipt of the shipment. Souzao Enterprises offers a 100% money back guarantee on all of its products. Why 60 days? Because, we understand that there is a delivery time that must be included when you return a product.

Items returned more than 60 days after delivery, or which are returned in poor condition due to mishandling, will be charged at Souzao Enterprises discretion.

  • Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment.
  • If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
  • PayPal fees are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

How to split an order to ship to multiple addresses

Currently our PayPal online payment system cannot split an order for shipment to more than one address. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. All applicable delivery and handling charges will be charged for each order.

We can split an order for shipment to more than one address for orders placed by phone, fax or mail. You may download our PDF order form (PDF file 40 KB) or Zip order form (Zip file of 12.9 KB) to mail or fax to us.
