Due to the limited features of our PayPal Business account, we cannot provide at this time an integrated shopping cart with various shipping options. Buyers wishing to shop online are limited to United States residents.

Do not use the PayPal online payment system because our shipping settings in our PayPal account are limited to:

  • one carrier: US Postal Service
  • one method of delivery: Priority mail

Instead look at your options in the Other Shipping options.

Tracking or delivery confirmation upon request only.

Some methods of delivery cannot be tracked.

Shipping timeframes

Shipping timeframes depend on your carrier and method of delivery, in general:

  • Orders sent via Standard or Ground shipping average 5 to 10 business days.
  • Orders sent via Priority mail average 3 to 5 business days.
  • Orders sent via 2-day shipping or 3-day shipping average 2 or 3 business days respectively.
  • Orders sent via Overnight or Express shipping average 1 to 2 business day.
  • Alaska and Hawaii buyers must allow an additional 2 to 3 business days on their orders.
  • During holidays, any orders normally processed will not go out until the next business day.

How can I cancel a shipment?

Contact us immediately so that we can track your shipment, if it has not already been sent.

You may only cancel a shipment if the status of the PayPal payment is Unclaimed and we have not yet collected your money.

  1. Login to your PayPal account.
  2. Click on the History subtab.
  3. Click on the Cancel button in the action column of the transaction in question.
  4. Click Cancel Payment.
  5. You have successfully cancelled your payment.

If your payment is Completed and you want to request a refund, please contact Souzao Enterprises.

The following Unclaimed payments may be cancelled:

  • You sent your payment to an e-mail address the recipient has not yet added to his account. Once the recipient adds the e-mail address to his PayPal account, the payment will be automatically credited to his balance.
  • The recipient has not yet confirmed his e-mail address. For security reasons, PayPal can only credit payments sent to a confirmed e-mail address.

If you cancel an eCheck payment, the withdrawal from your bank account cannot be cancelled. Instead, the eCheck amount will be credited to your PayPal account balance.

How to return a product

To arrange a return:

  7. Place the item(s) in the condition in which it was received in its original packaging.
  8. Place the packaged item(s) in the shipping box.
  9. Send us a brief note specifying the reason for the return.
  10. Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, a replacement or an exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you insure your package for shipping. Additionally, please record any carrier tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our correct return address.

  • Returns are normally processed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment.
  • If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to split an order to ship to multiple addresses

Currently our PayPal online payment system cannot split an order for shipment to more than one address. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. All applicable delivery and handling charges will be charged for each order.

We can split an order for shipment to more than one address for orders placed by phone, fax or mail. You may download an order form to mail or fax to us.
